First off, customer service is top notch! USPS had some issues delivering my package & the shop was more than accommodating in fixing the issue. Second, the bracelets (I bought 2 diff types) are a beauty. They are vermeil but look like 14k solid gold against my solid Zoe Chicco bracelet (middle bracelet in picture, but these bracelets are of better weight and more affordable!) Highly recommend this store.
