- Engraving / Made-to-Order: Crafting begins upon order placement, with engraving taking 2-3 business days.
United States: Place orders by 12pm EST for the following dates to ensure your gifts are sent out on time!

We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding made-to-order items and engravings (5-8 business days). Orders placed after 12pm EST are treated as if they came in the next business day. Expedited shipping does not expedite the processing time for made-to-order items.

Customs and Import Charges
When placing an order, you will see that the shipping price may not reflect our chart. This is because duties and taxes are now included in the shipping price at checkout. Please note, we do not have access to these rates as they are subject to change daily.
Package Refusal
If you refuse your order to avoid paying import duties and taxes or if you decide you do not want your order, the return shipping fee charged to AMY O Jewelry will be deducted from your return.
