How do I earn credit?

Every order earns 3% back, automatically, for every customer. Credit is calculated on the pieces you keep, before shipping and tax.

When can I use it?

Credit from an order unlocks 60 days after you place it, and we email you the day it is ready. Review credit is faster, landing about a day after your review is published.

Why is there a wait?

The 60 days covers our return window with room to spare, so your credit reflects what you actually kept. It means the amount that lands is final.

How do I use my credit at checkout?

At checkout, sign in with the email you shop with and check "Apply store credit" in the payment section. No code necessary, and it works with any promo. Credit lives on your account, so guest checkout will not show it.

Can I use part of my credit and save the rest?

Not within one order. Your balance applies in full, and anything left over after your order total stays on your account for next time.

Does my credit expire?

Yes, 12 months from the day it is issued. If you have credit from more than one order, the oldest is always used first, so nothing sits around expiring while newer credit gets spent.

What happens if I return something?

Credit is earned on what you keep, so if part of your order comes back, the credit adjusts to match. If it has not unlocked yet, the pending amount simply changes before it lands.

I paid with credit and then got a refund. Do I lose it?

No. Refunds go back the way you paid. The store-credit portion returns to your account, and anything charged to your card goes back to your card.

Is this the same as the credit I got for a return?

It is one balance. Credit from a return and credit you have earned sit together in your account and spend exactly the same way.

What happened to my old points?

Our previous points program ended when we moved off Stamped. AMYO Credit replaces it. Instead of points in a widget, you earn real store credit that applies straight at checkout.

Your balance applies in full to a single order. Anything left over stays on your account.
Shipping, tax, and the package-protection fee do not earn credit.
Cancelled orders do not earn, and neither do replacement orders sent as part of an exchange or a warranty claim.
You need to be signed in to see and use your credit. Guest checkout will not show it.
