1. HINGE HUGGIES OR HOOPS THAT WON'T STAY CLOSED
Prior to wearing the huggies, practice opening and closing the huggie to see how it “clicks.” 14K Gold and Sterling Silver are soft precious metals, so do not put too much force when closing the hinge. The huggie post has a groove at the end that fits into the back of the huggie.
If your huggie does not stay closed, the solution for these conditions is to slightly push the tip of the post upward with your finger.
2. HOW TO CLEAN GOLD JEWELRY
Over time, gold loses its shine due to products we wear like lotion and perfume as well as oils and sweat from our skin.
We recommend removing your piece before coming into contact with water or sweat. Clean your piece by buffing gently with a dry cloth and storing it in a small airtight bag to protect it from elements of daily exposure.

Store your jewelry in your fabric pouch or a plastic bag that is air tight.

Remove your jewelry when showering, exercising and swimming (scratches and scuffs can scratch away the gold)
