Returns & Exchanges
Return Guidelines
We offer a 30-day return period from the shipping confirmation date. To ensure your return is accepted, please carefully follow these guidelines:
- Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
- All original packaging (tags, boxes, pouches) must be intact.
- Items purchased as a set must be returned as a complete set; individual items from a set cannot be returned separately.
- Made-to-order and engraved pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
AMYO reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet these guidelines.
Return & Exchange Timelines
- Domestic orders: Returns must arrive within 30 days of delivery.
- International orders: At this time, all international orders are final sale.
Returns received after these periods will be sent back to the sender. Return shipping labels remain valid for 14 days after issuance.
Processing Fees & Timelines
Please allow 10-14 business days for your return or exchange to be processed after we receive your items.
- Return processing fee: $6
- Exchange processing fee: $4.95
- Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 30 days from the delivery date. To request an exchange:
- Visit our returns/exchange portal.
- Submit your exchange request and print your return label.
- Return your items using the provided shipping label.
If your new selection is priced higher, you will need to pay the difference before shipment. If priced lower, the difference will be issued as store credit.
International Orders
Due to import tariffs, duties, and customs regulations, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Store Credit
Store credit can be requested within 30 days of purchase. After receiving your returned items, we will issue you a store credit code. A one-time $6 fee will be deducted from your total credit.
