Returns & Exchanges
**Due to recent events of COVID19 in NYC, we have updated our return and exchange policy**
Our 14 day return/exchange policy will be extended to a 30-day window until further notice for orders placed beginning of March 15, 2020. Please note we need to receive your returned piece back at our studio by the end of these 30 days. Please make sure that all items are in its original packaging.. Kindly note that Amy O has the right to deny a return should it show signs of wear.
We understand pieces may not work out for you and that's okay. When returning...
- • All Items (excluding made-to-order pieces) must be unworn and in its original packaging.
- • Must arrive no later than 14 days (International orders - 30 days) after the delivery date. Returns that arrive at our studio after the time frame will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
- • At this time we only offer returns and exchanged for U.S. orders.
Refunds will be issued within 2-3 days after we receive your package. A $6 restocking fee will be deducted from your return amount.
You must return your order within 14 days upon delivery date (see return instructions) and place a new order. Once we receive your original order, we will issue you a refund.
WRONG ITEM OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Amy O. will pay for shipping returns for damaged or incorrect items received. Please email email@example.com to receive a shipping pre-label and write the subject as "Amyojewelry.com Return Damaged Item/Wrong Item, Order #AOJ____".
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
