Our products have different processing times, as some are made just for you! Please refer to the specific product page for the expected ship date and availability status.
- In-Stock: Ready to be shipped! See below shipping times by destination/country.
- Engraving / Made-to-Order: Crafting begins upon order placement, with engraving taking 2-3 business days.
Place orders by 12pm EST for the following dates to ensure your gifts are sent out on time!
Due to the current high volume of shipments, shipping couriers are unable to provide guaranteed delivery dates. Please note that unforeseen delays on the courier's end, such as traffic, weather conditions, and increased delivery volume, may affect the delivery timeline. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Customs and Import Charges
When placing an order, you will see that the shipping price may not reflect our chart. This is because duties and taxes are now included in the shipping price at checkout. Please note, we do not have access to these rates as they are subject to change daily.
Package Refusal
If you refuse your order to avoid paying import duties and taxes or if you decide you do not want your order, the return shipping fee charged to AMY O Jewelry will be deducted from your return.
