O Warranty
Quality is important to us - Therefore our O Collection necklaces all come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty includes clasp/chain breakage, missing stones and plating issues. If you notice tarnishing, please send it back to us and we will re-plate it for you! Please send us an email to service@amyojewelry.com. If you purchased past the 2-year time frame, we will still fix or re-plate it for you for a low fee!
Because we stand behind our designs and manufacturing, any outside jeweler or third-party altering your jewelry will void your warranty with us!

All jewelry requires a little care and attention to keep it looking at its best. Follow the golden rules and you will be pleasantly surprised with all long the jewelry will last!

Store your jewelry in your fabric pouch or a plastic bag that is air tight.

Remove your jewelry when showering, exercising and swimming (scratches and scuffs can scratch away the gold)

Do not wear your jewelry overnight

Always put on jewelry after applying perfume or lotions

Wear rubber gloves when cleaning as bleach and harsh chemicals can thin the gold overlay
Gold Vermeil, Rose Vermeil
We recommend removing your piece before coming into contact with water or sweat. Clean your piece by buffing gently with a dry cloth and storing it in a soft cloth bag or the box it was received in to protect it from elements of daily exposure.
14K Gold
Although it is quite lasting, solid gold is a soft material that can get scratched and dented if it is treated too harshly. It is always wise to take them off before activities that are potentially high-impact.
Sterling Silver
With proper care, your jewelry can last a lifetime. Sterling silver base jewelry will not tarnish.
Gemstones
Avoid exposure to water or chemicals and even sun as it can cause certain gemstones to become paler.
