All jewelry requires a little care and attention to keep it looking at its best. Follow the golden rules and you will be pleasantly surprised with how long the jewelry will last!
Store your jewelry in your fabric pouch or a plastic bag that is air tight. |
Remove your jewelry when showering, exercising and swimming (scratches and scuffs can scratch away the gold). |
Do not wear your jewelry overnight. |
Put on perfume or lotions before putting on your jewelry. |
Wear rubber gloves when cleaning as bleach and harsh chemicals can thin the gold overlay. |
Warranty
Quality is important to us! Our warranty covers repairs free of charge. It does not cover lost items/parts. Warranty includes clasp/chain breakage, missing stones and plating issues. Please send us an email to hello@amyojewelry.com with your order number and detailed photos.

INTERNATIONAL
At this time, we cannot cover shipping costs internationally. You will need to ship the item back to our studio. We will however cover the cost to ship the item back to you.
