Returns & Exchanges
If you want to return an item, you have 30 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so. Please make sure that all items are in its original packaging... kindly note that Amy O has the right to deny a return should it show signs of wear.
We understand pieces may not work out for you and that's okay. When returning...
- All Items (excluding made-to-order pieces) must be unworn and in its original packaging.
- Must arrive no later than 30 days (International orders - 45 days) after the delivery date. Returns that arrive at our studio after the time frame will not be accepted and will be returned back to you.
- At this time we only offer returns and exchanges for U.S. orders.
- If you are returning or exchanging earrings, please include the full pair (both earrings).
- Returns/Exchanges can only be processed once.

Refunds will be issued within 3-5 days after we receive your package. A one time $7 flat fee will be deducted from your return amount.
Please note your original shipping fee and any duties and taxes incurred upon original delivery are not refundable.
An exchange can be made within 45 days upon delivery date. If you would like to exchange, go to the returns/exchange portal and submit your exchange. Return your item(s) with the return label. Once we receive it, we will process your exchange. A $4.95 exchange fee will be included. If there is an outstanding balance, it must be paid in order for your exchange to be sent out.
You may apply for Store Credit within 60 days upon purchase. Once your item is received, we will issue you a Store Credit Code you can apply at checkout.
Wrong Item or Damaged Item
Amy O. will pay for shipping returns for damaged or incorrect items received. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a shipping pre-label and write the subject as "Amyojewelry.com Return Damaged Item/Wrong Item, Order #AOJ____".
Please allow approximately 1-2 weeks for processing. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder).
